Purchase and ownership of land
The investor chooses a specific price package from AGRO INVEST's offer, with land that has been verified from a legal and technical point of view and is ready for transfer. This is followed by the signing of the purchase contract and the registration of the investor in the land register – the investor becomes the sole owner of the land.
Service contract and administration
After the purchase, the client has the option of concluding a service contract, ensuring convenient and worry-free administration.
The owner has 100% control over their assets without having to worry about anything themselves.
Guaranteed repurchase
If we agree, we will be happy to buy back your land after the agreed period.
An investor buys land for €10,000, uses the service agreement, and after 10 years sells it back for a guaranteed €20,000, i.e., with a 100% return on investment.

How does the purchase of agricultural land work?
After selecting the land, we will prepare complete contractual documentation for you and ensure the transfer of ownership, including submission to the land registry. The entire process is conducted transparently and with the assistance of our legal team.
What does the service contract include?
The service contract includes complete land management – from keeping records of lease agreements and regular inspections to preparing tax documents. You will gain access to the client zone and the assurance that your property is being managed professionally.
Is the investment guaranteed?
Yes, we offer a guaranteed buyback option after the investment period (5 or 10 years). The terms are clearly stated in the purchase agreement. You can therefore choose between long-term holding or exiting with a return.
What is the expected growth in land value?
A typical investment offers a minimum return of 100% over 10 years, plus regular income from rent. Exact figures depend on the specific land and the length of the investment horizon.
What if I want to sell the land earlier?
