Purchase and ownership of land
The investor chooses a specific price package from AGRO INVEST's offer, with land that has been verified from a legal and technical point of view and is ready for transfer. This is followed by the signing of the purchase contract and the registration of the investor in the land register – the investor becomes the sole owner of the land.

Service contract and administration
After the purchase, the client has the option of concluding a service contract, ensuring convenient and worry-free administration.
The service contract includes:
- regular inspections of the land and its condition
- recording and renewal of lease agreements (rent)
- preparation of documents for tax returns
- access to the client zone with an overview of the condition and management of the land
- ongoing communication and representation at government offices
The owner has 100% control over their assets without having to worry about anything themselves.

Guaranteed repurchase
If we agree, we will be happy to buy back your land after the agreed period.
How it works:
- We will agree on the terms of the repurchase together. Our offer takes into account both the contractual guarantee and possible market developments.
- The client decides whether to continue or sell the land.
- If an agreement is reached, we will provide complete legal services for a quick and smooth transfer.
